On May 28, 2025, two high-performance Beiben special vehicles produced by CEEC TRUCKS officially set off for Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia. The shipment included one Beiben 8000L water tank truck and one Beiben 8000L vacuum tank truck. These vehicles will be used for a municipal sanitation project in Ulaanbaatar, contributing to the improvement of the local urban environment. This collaboration once again demonstrates CEEC's professional expertise in the modification of Beiben trucks and reflects the long-term trust of Mongolian clients in the CEEC brand.
Client: Mongolia customer, Mr. Battulga
Project: Sanitation project in Ulaanbaatar
Year: 2025, May

Project Background:
The purchaser is a long-standing client who has collaborated with CEEC for eight years and has previously procured multiple Beiben special trucks, including compressed garbage trucks, vacuum tank trucks, and water tank trucks. Leveraging their extensive cooperation experience, CEEC's technical team provided a fully customized solution for this order based on Ulaanbaatar's climatic conditions and operational requirements. Both vehicles are built on a Beiben 4×2 chassis, equipped with a Beiben NG80B cab (with a sleeper berth), and powered by a Weichai 290HP engine paired with a FAST 9-speed transmission, ensuring robust performance and stable operation even in Mongolia’s high-altitude environment.

The delivered Beiben 8000L water tank truck features a tank made of 4mm high-quality carbon steel with special internal anti-corrosion treatment to extend its service life. The vehicle is equipped with a renowned Chinese brand water pump, supporting multiple operation modes such as front spraying, rear sprinkling, side spraying, and high-pressure water cannon, making it suitable for various scenarios like road cleaning and greening irrigation. The Beiben 8000L vacuum suction truck, on the other hand, adopts a 6mm thickened carbon steel tank with similar anti-corrosion treatment and is fitted with a high-performance vacuum pump for powerful suction, enabling efficient tasks such as municipal sewage and septic tank cleaning.

During production, CEEC strictly adhered to its quality management system, with each process undergoing professional inspection. Upon completion, the technical team conducted multiple performance tests, including water pump pressure tests, vacuum pump suction tests, and full vehicle road tests, ensuring all metrics fully met design requirements. The client expressed high satisfaction during the acceptance inspection, particularly praising CEEC's professionalism in detail-oriented craftsmanship and outstanding performance.
The Beiben water bowser truck and Beiben vacuum pump truck shipped to Mongolia represent another successful case in CEEC's overseas sanitation projects. In recent years, CEEC's Beiben special vehicles have been exported to regions such as Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, widely applied in municipal, mining, port, and other scenarios. With mature modification technology, reliable product quality, and comprehensive after-sales service, the company has earned widespread recognition from global clients.
